As a leader in the space, it has introduced groundbreaking innovations like the accrual of tokens for the community through exchange fees. Community alignment is crucial, and SushiSwap empowers its users to shape the protocol’s future. As the founder of a DAO administration infrastructure startup, I am deeply interested and committed to upholding and supporting decentralized governance processes. I hope to learn more about the DeFi ecosystem, and ensure the Sushi governance processes are respected and upheld through my role as a signer. \nI am committed to fostering this alignment by being a timely and active signer. I will stay current with developments, review decisions, and ensure that governance votes reflect the spirit of Sushi’s decentralized governance framework.\n\nUnderstanding and Commitment to Decentralized Governance:\n\nAs I mentioned, my background as of late is currently working as the founder of a DAO admin infrastructure business. My role is to honor and support the infrastructure of decentralized governance for protocols and DAOs and ensure that the utmost standard of decentralized governance is maintained. I have a deep understanding of how Snapshot, the forum process works, managing decentralized wallets and signing transactions, and all of the core functions needed to be a trusted member of the High Kitchen. \n\nGovernance and DAO Participation:\n\nIn my past roles in Fintech/Enterprise SaaS, as a member of the Columbia tennis team, as a student, and now in my latest startup venture, it has been incumbent on me to act with the utmost integrity and focus on doing the job in front of me to the best of my ability. As a multi-sig signer I understand my role as someone who is meant to carry out the wishes of the DAO, through the existing governance framework. I am committed to honoring the governance votes and DAO decisions, and respecting the framework that is put in place. I deeply believe this framework is one that will serve Sushi long-term, and I hope to aid as a trusted member of the council in that fashion. \n\nRelevant Experience and Skills:\n\nIn my background working in Fintech, I was responsible for gathering the necessary documentation from clients and collaborating closely with financial underwriters to structure deals that were financially beneficial for both parties. This process involved securing multiple approvals and signatures from all stakeholders to ensure mutual agreement and compliance.  Furthermore, my experience playing Division 1 tennis for Columbia University instilled in me a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to prioritizing the best interests of the organization as a whole.
